What if we're struggling? Will this help?
This workshop is preventative and foundational. If you're in serious conflict or crisis, we recommend individual or couples therapy first. However, if you're relatively stable and want to build intentionally, this is perfect.
Can we attend if we're already married (not newly married)?
Yes! While it's designed for engaged and newly married couples, any couple wanting to revisit or strengthen their foundation will benefit. Some couples use it as a "reset" after a difficult season.
Do we have to share personal details during the workshop?
No. You control how much you share. There are individual reflection moments and partner conversations, but everything is confidential and at your comfort level.
